Kishaloy Basu, an alumni of prestigious Delhi College of Art, has over 28 years of experience in advertising and pure-play brand world design. Worked and led many global brands such as GSK’s Horlicks, Boost to Nokia, ESPN & Star Sports, Honda, Pizza Hut, as a Creative Director for world’s oldest advertising agency- J. Walter Thompson. Later spent 7 years as the Global Design Director at GSK Consumer Healthcare to set up Design in South Asia before founding Fruits Design LLP in mid-2020 to help grow brands across the world through solid design thinking aligned with business growth strategy.

Srestha Dutta Chhabra, a communication designer, has more than 9 years of experience in pure play design, digital marketing and advertising. Love designing brand identities and packaging graphics. Worked on more than 50+ brands including Hero Cycle, Garmin India, Luxor India, Kangaro India & International, Pergo, Bent Chair, Smile Foundation, Experion (real Estate) Bongchie. F&B brands like Flying Saucer Café, Lord of the Drinks, Berco’s, Punjab Grill, Salad company and many more. She enjoys creating contemporary digital narratives that effectively connect brands and audiences through creative storytelling. Her journey is characterized by a dedication to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, marked by a relentless commitment to innovative and trend-setting ideas.

With more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources, wherein she has partnered with Business Heads as well as Corporate HR Heads in leading & executing organization-wide people policies and practices, Pratichi decided to follow her heart and venture into entrepreneurship, taking a step in the Design and Branding world. She is passionate about brand positioning and has worked with the founder and Design officer in leading a few design projects that
Fruits Design has undertaken since its inception. As a Partner & HR Lead, in Fruits Design, Pratichi will head all People Plans & Growth strategy in the organization, while supporting the Design team in their deliverables.
